Unless otherwise agreed:

• Not suitable for pets

• No indoor smoking

• No parties or events (other than your group and agreed activities)

• Primary guest over age 30, please

• Parking in driveway only overnight

• Golden rule always applies

In order to hold a weekend, a non-refundable $500 deposit is required, and will be applied to your booking. 50% is due 120 days prior to your stay to confirm your booking. Full payment is required 14 days prior to your stay. If you’re unable to confirm your booking within the required time frame, unfortunately your dates will no longer be guaranteed and other bookings will be considered.
