Packages are based on a two night stay and are designed to accommodate a range of situations and budgets. Choose the option that best suits you and your group. One night stays upon request only.
the no-frills
This is the simple, self-catering option, and identical to what we offer for Airbnb bookings. Your group is responsible for every aspect of your stay. Please keep in mind our booking rules, pricing structure, and schedule are less flexible with this option, as no one will be on site to manage your stay. Sorry, we aren’t able to allow groups larger than eight, or scaled up gatherings on site with this option.
the getaway
The is the perfect retreat package for hosts who have a specific weekend itinerary or program to provide, and would like someone to do the heavy lifting for the group. We’ll provide one person on site for the full weekend, to provide housekeeping, transportation to/from the Bellport LIRR and/or your event venue, one simple brunch, a fridge stocked with basics, and even errand running. Cleaning and trash removal fees are baked into an all-inclusive price.
the beach retreat
From Memorial Day through the end of September, Bellport’s dedicated ferry makes weekday and weekend runs to Fire Island’s Ho-Hum beach, which is operated by the Village of Bellport. This package includes everything included with either the ‘No-Frills’ or ‘Getaway’ packages, plus round trip guest passes for up to ten, valid for use on a weekday M-F. Weekend ferry travel by request.
the fully custom plan
Work with us to plan unforgettable add-ons for your group. We can arrange for an eclectic mix of services from our favorite providers, from private yoga classes, hydrotherapy practitioners, mindfulness experts, fitness bootcamps, cooking demos, weaving, art studio and museum tours, and even on-site massage with a pro masseur. A custom experience is one that your group will be talking about for years to come.
